As a nonprofit organization, Animal Coalition of Tampa (ACT) submits a Form 990 to the Internal Revenue Service each year to report on finances, governance, compliance with federal tax requirements and compensation for key executives.

As a part of ACT’s financial transparency, Form 990s are publicly available, along with a summary of the independent accountant’s audit.
