Map to Clinic (Not easy to find, so take note!)
Directions from North:
- Take 275 to exit 42 (Howard/Armenia).
- Exit to Armenia and go south to Cypress (next traffic light)
- Turn left onto Cypress for 3 blocks to Fremont.
- Turn right onto Freemont and go a block to the clinic (Fremont & Lemon)
Directions from South:
- Take Kennedy to Howard;
- Turn north onto Howard for 8 blocks to Lemon St (i block north of Cass).
- Turn right onto Lemon and go 2 blocks to the clinic (Lemon & Fremont).
Directions from the Crosstown:
- Take Crosstown to Willow exit (exit 4).
- Take Willow to Kennedy and turn left for a few blocks to Howard Ave.
- Turn right onto Howard for 8 blocks to Lemon St (1 block north of Cass).
- Turn right on Lemon and go 2 blocks to the clinic (Lemon & Fremont).
